For a simple and healthy family meal slow cook turkey shanks and serve with vegetables.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Steggles turkey shanks
- Mashed potatoes and steamed green beans, to serve
Preheat oven to 160?C.
Place shanks in lightly greased oven dish, cover with foil.
Cook for 10 minutes per 100g, basting occasionally druing cooking.
Turn over halfway through cooking time.
Remove foil for last 15 minutes to brown.
Rest 10 minutes before serving.
