Fennel and orange juice

- 8 oranges
- 150 g baby fennel
1. Peel and quarter the oranges, and remove any seeds. Trim the fennel and cut in half.
2. Using a juicer, push the fennel through first to release the flavours, then juice the orange. Chill well.
3. Mix together well before serving.
