Ingredients
1kg beef mince
1 large sweet potato (5 cups shredded)
1 large onion
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 cup almond meal
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
First prepare the ingredients to be added to the meat - grate sweet potato and onion. This can be done by hand or a food processor. Peel garlic and lightly beat the egg.
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Using clean hands is the easiest way to combine the ingredients well.
This mixture will make 2 x 10cm x 20cm loaf pans. Line the pans with baking paper and press mixture gently into them.
Bake in the oven for 50-55 minutes.
Note: Alternatively you can cut squares of baking paper and portion the mixture large muffin tins.
