Ingredients
240 grams skinless hazelnuts
3 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup water
Method
Add hazelnuts to the food processor and process for 3 - 5 minutes (or until you it is of a runny nut butter consistency).
Next add cacao powder and maple syrup and process again for another couple of minutes until it is well combined.
Add the coconut oil and water and then process for another couple of minutes until smooth.
Spoon out the hazelnut spread into jars with airtight lid and store in the pantry.
