Homemade Lemonade
685 ml (2¾ cups) lemon juice
310 g (1¼ cups) sugar ice cubes
mint leaves
Method
- Combine the lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into a large jug.
- Add 1.25 litres water to the jug, stirring well to combine. Chill.
- To serve, pour over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
