Italian Avocado Wedges

Italian Avocado Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 12 paper thin slices prosciutto

Method

method

Cut each avocado in half, discard stone.

Cut each half into three wedges and brush with lemon juice.

Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each wedge and serve at once.
