Ingredients

  • Rabbit moulds, lightly oiled
  • 85g packet jelly crystals
  • 2 tsp powdered gelatine
  • 190ml hot water
  • 190ml cold water

Method

Spray moulds lightly with cooking oil to make the jellies easier to remove when set.

Combine jelly crystals and gelatine powder in a medium bowl. Carefully add hot water and stir with a fork until crystals dissolve. Add cold water and stir well. Pour mixture into a jug.

Carefully pour mixture into oiled rabbit moulds and place on a plate. Refrigerate for four hours or until set. Carefully run a warm dry knife around the edge of each rabbit and gently ease the mixture away from the sides of the mould with your fingertips. Unmould jelly onto a plate.
