Ever had a pink pudding request? Well this recipe is bound to make your pink-loving daughter smile.
IngredientsBrought to you by
- 1/2 cup milk
- 125g melted butter
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup Nesquik (you could use any flavour you like!)
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup quik, extra
Method
Get your helper to add milk, melted butter into a bowl. Sift in your flour and Nesquik
Now for those of you worried about artificial colours/flavours, you may be surprised to know that Nesquik has none!
Whisk it all up! Press into a greased microwave proof dish. Pour water over the top and sprinkle the last of the Nesquik.
Microwave for 6 1/2 minutes on high, I sprinkled some edible glitter on top but use 100's and 1,000's if you like.
Serve with custard or cream, a great quick-fix on a cold day or just when you've got a hankering for something sweet!
