- 100g natural thick yoghurt with live cultures
- 1/2 cup milk (organic dairy, soy, rice or almond)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed (linseed), or the oil
- 1/2 cup of ice
Combine the yoghurt, milk, honey, spinach, banana, flaxseed and ice in a blender.
Blend until smooth and serve in a tall glass.
