Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 125 grams butter
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 tablespoon bicarb soda
- 1 zucchini - grated
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
The ANZAC biscuits that kids know and love but with a sneaky twist.
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sift flour into bowl then add sugar rolled oats and coconut.
Melt butter in saucepan and add golden syrup and water. Stir in bicarbonate of soda.
Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix. Add zuchinni and mix.
Place walnut sized balls of the batter onto a greased tray. Bake for 15mins. Biscuits will harden when cooled.
