Mandarin and mango chill

Ingredients

1 mango, cut into slices
2 cups (500 ml) mandarin juice
½ cup (125 ml) lime juice cordial
1 ½ cups (375 ml) soda water
2 tablespoons caster sugar
ice cubes, to serve 

Method

1. Freeze the mango for about 1 hour, or until semi-frozen.

2. Combine the juice, cordial, soda water and sugar in a jug.

3. Place the mango slices and some ice cubes into each glass, then pour in the juice mix.
