Melon Shake
500 g rockmelon, peeled and seeded
2 tablespoons honey
375 ml (1 ½ cups) milk
5 scoops vanilla ice cream
ground nutmeg
Method
- Cut the rockmelon into 2 cm pieces and place in a blender. Mix for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
- Add the honey, milk and ice cream and blend the mixture for a further 10–20 seconds, or until well combined and smooth. Serve sprinkled with nutmeg.
