Chicken cheesy pops
Popular with the kids, these chicken cheesy pops are easy to make and go down a treat at parties.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 slice fresh bread, crumbed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped herbs
- 1/2 cup grated 'Pizza Plus' cheese (mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar)
- Cup of cornflake crumbs
- Rice bran oil
Method
Pre-heat oven to 220°C (200°C fan forced).
Mix the mince, bread crumbs, herbs and cheese by hand. Roll in to balls about the size of an apricot then coat in cornflake crumbs.
Shallow fry in batches in rice bran oil until golden all over. Bake in oven for 10-15 mins until cooked through. Serve on paddlepop sticks.
