- 750 g (1 lb 10 oz) pineapple
- 500 ml (17 fl oz/2 cups) lemonade
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
1. Peel the pineapple and remove the centre core. Cut the flesh into 2 cm (¾ inch) pieces. Blend in a blender for 1-2 minutes, or until as smooth as possible.
2. Pour the lemonade into a pitcher and add the pineapple purée, stirring gently to combine.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice and mix well. Pour into the serving glasses and serve.
