Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 250 grams white marshmallows
- ⅔ cup popcorn kernels
Method
Line a rectangular dish with baking paper, a lasagne style tray is the perfect size.
Pop the corn kernels by your preferred method and place the popcorn into a large bowl, leaving any un-popped kernels behind, as they will be a bit too hard for the slice.
On a low heat, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add marshmallows to the butter and stir until they are completely melted. Pour marshmallow mix into the bowl with popcorn and combine well.

Pour the popcorn mix into the lined tray. Wet your hands with cold water and shake of the excess water. Then press mixture firmly into the tray. Place in the fridge to set (approximately 2 hours). Once set, cut into slices and serve to happy kids!
This slice needs to be kept in the fridge and would be a little too sticky to make its way into lunch boxes.
