Raspberry Kisses

No time (or skills) to cook? Try these tasty little treats - they look the part on any plate to serve your loved one, and the kids can help make them.

Ingredients

60 g light cream cheese

1 tsp icing sugar

1 tsp lime zest, grated

46 g meringue, vanilla, (20 mini)

1 tbs berry jam, (raspberry)

Method

1. Place cream cheese in a small bowl and stir through the icing sugar and zest.

2. Spread a thin layer of jam on each flat side of the mini meringues. Place one tsp of cream cheese mixture on flat side of meringue, sandwich together with another meringue. Serve immediately
