Drizzle the honey and a teaspoon of the chocolate syrup into a large chilled martini glass. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and chill. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the Frangelico, Irish cream, Tia Maria, chocolate liqueur and cream and shake well. Strain into the chilled martini glass and garnish with shaved chocolate.
