Every noise is deafening, flashing lights seem like lightning and people all around are staring.
That's what everyday experiences can feel like for some people with Autism.
It's hard for most of us to understand how people with the condition experience the world.
But now the UK's National Autistic Society has produced a video to show people what the sensory overload associated with the condition is like.
The film shows a young boy and his mum on a trip to a shopping mall.
It was released by the society to coincide with World Autism Awareness Day.
A report recently found around half of all autistic people and their families sometimes don't leave the house because they worry about how people will react.
Can you watch the film to the end?
