Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard can appreciate a good prank — especially when the pranksters are their daughters!

The actress shared a series of photos showing what six-year-old Delta and seven-year-old Lincoln have been up to lately — and it appears that they've inherited their famous parents' sense of humour.

"So the kids got bored and dug into the Halloween boxes and now I find Mr Bones around the house just absolutely living his best life," Bell captioned a post to Instagram. "Pls note the attention to detail."

The series of photos showed a giant plastic skeleton, it's primary use being a Halloween decoration, in different poses around the house, including on the toilet, in the bath and doing a spot of yoga.

As The Good Place actress pointed out in her caption, the girls have finessed the poses to perfection, including having the skeleton holding toilet paper and an instructional yoga video on the TV in the background.

Fans loved the hilarious pictures.

'You are raising them with the best of humour. I love this so much," commented one follower.

"At least he's eating healthy and exfoliating his scalp #selfcare," laughed another.

Bell and Shepard often share their parenting woes and wins to social media, recently sharing their screentime struggles in an all-too-relatable video.

"Sadly, even his best moves are no match for the gripping allure of screen time," Bell captioned the clip of Shepard, trying to engage his daughter while she was glued to her screen.

The mum-of-two has also opened up in the past about her struggles with toilet training her Delta, saying that every child is different.

"My oldest daughter at 21 months, we merely suggested that she use the toilet in the other room and [she] never wore another diaper beyond that," she said on Momsplaining With Kristen Bell.

"Currently, my youngest is five and a half, still in diapers," she shared.

Maya Rudolph, who was a guest on the episode, agreed, replying: "It's real relative, isn't it?"

With the skelton joke surely just the start, we can't wait for more pranking content!
