Audrey Roloff of Little People, Big World fame has been slammed after filming herself skiing while wearing her one-year-old in a baby sling.

The reality star posted the video to Instagram showing son Bode strapped to her while skiing with husband Jeremy Roloff and their daughter Ember, three.

Fans were also critical that only Ember was wearing a helmet, despite the potential dangers of the sport.

In a caption for the video, Audrey explained that it had been Ember's second time skiing and that Bode had slept through the experience.

"And yes, I hiked a little ways up the bunny slope with Bode in the carrier just so I can tell him he was on skis when he was one someday," she wrote.

"Context: I'm more confident on skis than I am carrying Bode up the stairs in our house."

Fans were quick to point out the dangers.

"Omg, ur skiing with a baby attached to you? So dangerous in so many ways," wrote one.

"Oh so not like an inexperienced skier can uncontrollably crash into you pushing you forward with baby?," another added.

"You might feel safer carrying them here than up there stairs, but what about new skiers? You can't control others and they could easily run into you and cause harm to your baby," one fan pointed out.

It's not the first time the Roloff family has attracted controversy

In November Jeremy's brother Zack and his wife Tori were slammed after appearing to flaunt COVID-19 restrictions for their daughter Lilah's first birthday party.

The couple invited Zack's parents Matt and Amy, as well as Matt's partner Caryn Chandler in the middle of a hard lock-down that limited gathering to no more than two households.

Fans also questioned 'tone deaf' party favours created by Tori which showed a photo of Lilah and the caption 'You came to my birthday during a pandemic?! You must really love me!"
